Not surprised I have been eating in maintenance giving myself a diet allowing 150 carbs a day. A diet break/reset if you will. Especially before the Christmas season. Now I'll restart the weight loss journey until Christmas day (hopfully 😂).
94 kg Lost so far: 4 kg.    Still to go: 26 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
