struggling to eat enough to stop water retention and weight gain. two double scoops of wpi and two chocolate covered nut bars today just top me off at 2400 calories with lunch and a big dinner. I'm gonna be so full...
101 kg Lost so far: 16 kg.    Still to go: 6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
