Smallest loss this week. Although I am doing a month long physical challenge so I do not actually think I will lose too much as I should put on some muscle mass from the extensive exercises. Trying to stay in ketosis for at least another few weeks as well so just another challenge lol. Should really be uping my calories for the month so I don't confuse my body...😎
