I'm still making progress at my 2400 to 2500 calories a day with the minimum cardio. I'm right on target to where I want to be but I am going more for mirror than scale weight. I will keep my calories and cardio the same until I stop losing 1% of my total body weight weekly.
77.8 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
