I'm getting a growing pile of clothes that no longer fit. Two clothing sizes down now!
A pair of shorts I tried on last night wouldn't stay up, it's not a bad problem to have.

88 kg Lost so far: 22 kg. Still to go: 18 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 1.2 kg a Week

That is certainly a good problem to have. You appear to have put a lot of effort into your weight loss. Keep up the good work over Christmas.

yep. l bought bracers to hold my jeans up around my acreage. I'll wear them out pretty quick lol.....just need some new ones if I ever go out somewhere.......😎
