hi, I am so desperate to lose a stone, iv tried & tried for years with no success, I tent to lose about 4 to 6 lbs but then put some back on & its really depressing me now, I try to eat healthy I refuse to go out for meals as I no I will gain & feel guilty its soooo hard, feel like I'm constantly losing a fighting battle, I used to eat a lot of chocolate but iv stopped that now only problem I seem to have replaced it with cake instead so that's my weakness at the moment; as Xmas is around the corner its even harder to refuse it, so annoyed with myself, im soo good for a few weeks then I become weak & it go's out the window, I used to love exersice but since everything shut due to pandemic iv lost it, 😠😥🤦‍♀️
68.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hi@ a loss I know exactly how u feel ...Same sort of feelings all we can do is take each day as it comes good food days some bad as long as we don't give up slow & steady wins the race my weight loss has been a survival issue being able to walk and stand on one's feet as for exercise it's less than half the battle food is more important & has a greater impact pls keep that spirit within burn bright it's what keeps us going despite the Pandemic & crazy world we live in am here if u need to talk ♥️♥️xxx God bless u

try calorie deficit, weigh training, and cardio, with the 500 decift ur in and the cardio u will lose a shite ton, im down 30kilos in a year so far ( i was incosistent because of mental health)

Sinn 991, I will try, but I suffer from arthritis especially in my hands & wrist & at age 66 find it difficult, I no this sounds like excuses but wen you are in pain it's no fun, saying that I will try I need to get some weight of somehow, thank you for your advice,👍
