This weigh in was the first in a long time. I was curious as I had a fair few comments over the Christmas period about looking ‘so skinny’… and it didn’t come across as complimentary either.
I’ve officially cut all gluten due to developing an intolerance (god help my Italian soul) and have definitely felt like it’s caused the drop in weight while I navigate this new lifestyle.

Anyone else missing the beautiful Trish and Jomo?
51.5 kg Lost so far: 11.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I had to cut out a lot of gluten too (I would end up in the fetal position for at least an hour due to extreme indigestion and tablets or antacids did nothing). Lucky for me after I cut most of it out I can still eat it in moderate amounts with no I'll effects.

eLPedro, yes that’s exactly what started happening to me! For now I’ve cut it completely until get all my testing done on Friday but I’m hoping to be able to do the same in time. You’re lucky your pain lasts an hour…. mine more like 12 hours of agony followed by another day of mild pain.

I do miss Trish and hope she is coping. Have missed Jomo too, hope he is OK!

I feel as though I am just missing good, proper food! Have cut so much out of my diet. No a breakfast person so have a 300ml green shake each morning. Documenting & watching what I eat & still working out an hour or more each day. But for the past 4wks just stuck on 81kilos? Is this normal or am I doing something wrong? Any advice welcome 😃

Hey, I also received many comments about looking too skinny, yet I feel great.

Regarding looking too skinny, people just get used to a person looking a certain way. I had a friend who went from 80+ to 60+ kg & she was being told she was too skinny. She was probably even above the midpoint for her ideal weight range. Where do you sit along your recommended weight range?

Jane and I (Paul) have just joined today - we’ve both set our targets and are keen to meet our goals After binging over Xmas we both thought it was time :) I’m addictive by nature so treating it as a sports event so that’s my tactic Any tips for newbies would be great

Thanks Kookuburrasong! I'm sitting at the low borderline underweight for my height so I understand the comments, it's just such a kick when you work so hard to get there. Admittedly some says I feel guilty for eating so I'm setting some goals to incorporate cards more. High protein bread is my new favourite snack .
