Been away on overseas conference and had a few big dinners etc. Exercise has gone to pot too. Have committed to doing Mooloolaba tri next year now so have to get back to some proper training and maybe lose 1-2 kg more before half tri in November. This week need to start proper recording of food again and modify diet if required.
