Oh my gosh, I hate myself, sorta! 🥴

From Thanksgiving to now I have gained a lot!😞
Then for our anniversary, I don’t know what my husband was thinking, but he got tons of different chocolates very expensive from different places, very hard not to touch.😮
Was going to bring them to work, but they’re just too gooooood!😋
If the box says 1lb of chocolate, WHY IN THE HECK DO I CAN 3lbs!!!!😔
To top it off, I had a very personal problem in the bathroom yesterday at work that was a true wake up call!! I couldn’t get my pants re-buckled!!!😩😩 I couldn’t come out the bathroom with them undone. Ahhhh!!! Lately, yep I've been watching my waistline, WATCHING IT GROW!🥲

I got this, for today is the day!!!!! I have no more excuses and I am going back to IF just to stop the munching!!! I can easily lose weight by cutting these two things out of my diet: breakfast and dinner, and that’s the truth!👍

I’d like to say no biggie, but there’s a war between my mouth and my mind, yet, brain cells come and go, but fat cells live forever!!!😠
I guess the first thing you lose on a diet it’s just your sense of humor!

TJ, I know I can do it, it’s just getting back into a healthy rhythm, broke it at Thanksgiving and haven’t gone back.🥴 It just seems hard to do, but dang if I’ll be buying bigger jeans! This is war!😁
