Swam yesterday, will do it again today. Also played with bands in the water since I was being a wuss about getting out while it was a little breezy. It's fun, almost like water skiing if I tie it in front of the current. I need to figure out how to make a ski simulator and I do have an idea I'm working on. Not going to share until I've realized my vision.
Interesting swim as I didn't manage to push as hard as usual. 782 strokes, 9.9 METs, average heart rate at 144. If I do a repeat today, I will turn up the current a notch or two. It's good because it means I'm back, but can't sit or swim on my laurels.
Protein waffle for breakfast. Having some sticking issues in the waffle maker so no pics.
Watching some inspirational landscaping videos this morning, but about to turn it off and get moving. Enjoy the day!
