Wafflewitz, no worries we all have learn tiny screen text typying by now and know the fun of figuring out what your heart is saying rather than what the fingers fumble. My three ways of keeping stress down 1) the past is a black hole for your energy, so don’t waste your time on regret, guilt or apeasing those that crossed you path is a negative way. Today is a new start. Learn, move on, walk away from negative situations and invest your energy in one positive action at a time

2) just because someone else has a different view point or way to deal with a situation doesn’t make them wrong rather they have a different circumstance that got them to that view. Don’t debate rather state clearly your limitation and what you are willing to do, but don’t cave on things that would break your core values “that simple won’t work for me. 3) be your own best friend. Let your self talk be kind, supportive, truthful and encouraging. Focus on how good your role is in the large picture. Does anyone critize today the misstep of those that built the pyramids? Nope we sit in awe. It bad situation you can be a victim or a noble warrior whose struggle becomes a shining light. The “you” wording here is how I guide myself, hope something here might help. Or not we all find our own spark plugs. Happy hunting✨
