Ran around with dogs at puppy class, but that's it. I did a little uphill treadmill earlier, but not more than a few minutes. This is all salt from having 150g of roasted turkey breast for a late dinner. Almost two pounds. The good news is that it will flush out quickly. Not worried, just thought I'd share. Probably won't be getting it again, was more processed than I usually eat anyways. It was a nice change though.
