After 11 days at the beach eating take away, chocs all day and no salads or vegies I am amazed that I didn't put on about 5 kilos so today's weigh in is a win. back to the diet right now!
89.5 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 17.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
