Week 2 of dropping my carb intake and it appears to be working. Feeling really really good in body and mind. I have just realised this week I have been eating a Keto type of diet. I am going to look into this type of low carb, high fat eating further as I believe there is something more to this. This is based on how my body and mind have responded to low carbs. I would not have believed it if I had not felt it.
