Well woken up this morning very happy,
going out too lunch todAY so will have too enjoy but also be good!!
Will have a swim if the weather holds out and go for a walk,that will keep me on track..
92.1 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 2.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
