Week 134. Not really happy, a week with my Mum's funeral and off plan eating wise. Only positive the scales still love me. Onwards and downwards!

It's a difficult time when u lose ur parents. I was in my early 50s when I lost my mum. having lost my dad a few years earlier. I felt like an orphan! my thoughts are with u. keep up the good work x

Hope you are ok -
I’ve been MIA - my auntie passed on 12/1- there was a big investigation into her care,so we were only able to lay her to rest last week, hope your mums funeral went as well as possible
