On a totally different subject, everyone teaching how to upload pictures to your journal are obviously on the computer 🖥 , there are no icons on the phone 📱 app to choose from. It’s a bummer, but I am never never on the computer with FS, it’s all from the phone app.
If someone knows a way of doing it with the phone app, please teach us.🙃
Someone once told me he likes the pictures of my dishes, 😆 that’s because there are none, it’s only pictures I would have liked to journal with.
Why doesn’t my wonderful FS app make it easy?
I see many many years ago people asking how, but the answers have all been if you’re on a computer.☹️

To upload a picture on the app, click on the camera, then click on the roll of film and select snack, then you can upload a picture. It should be a square photo, otherwise it all get cropped. Scroll down and you can add a comment. Then post it.

I gave you the wrong order for uploading pictures from the app: click on the camera, select "take photo," then "snacks/other"; don't select OPEN SETTINGS,
go down to the bottom left and click (may have to click twice) on the roll of film then select the picture you want to download, scroll down to add a comment, then select DONE on the right at the top.

You should be able to add icons 👍👍on your phone based comments. Just tap the comment icon in the mobile app, then look just above your on screen keyboard. If you don't see a "smiley face icon" (I have a Samsung Galaxy 10) just tap the icon on the far left 😄 and it should switch to icons. You may have to play around, but the icon shortcut display should be right near your on screen keyboard. 🍨🥓🍅🥩🥩🎉🍨 Good luck!

you can add multiple photos on the web version (I sometimes do it) you just have to use your browser on your phone(no need to use a computer) just use the option on your browser to see the "desktop version" and then go to your journal and you can add post with multiple photos 😁

Using the website on my phone instead of the app worked SO easy!!!!!!! All this work of listening about using the Imgur app and jumping through hops was so frustrating!!!! Thanks again!💕

Shrewdness, in the FS App, in the bottom corner of your screen is 3 dots and it says "More". If you click on that and then choose photo album, you will see a picture of a camera at the bottom of the screen. You will have to pick a meal, although which doesn't really matter. Then you will have see a roll of film icon and a camera icon. The roll of film lets you choose a picture from your phone. The camera lets you take a picture to post. I hope this helps.
