Feeling really good. I'm into a routine that's working well. I am keeping food simple until I reach my goal weight. I can then start to expand my choices a little more. Just trying not to complicate the weight loss process. I have found this approach so easy.
92.4 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 17.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
