Still feeling really really good. I expected a smaller amount of weight loss this week and maybe for the next couple of weeks as my body stabilises to this low carb way of eating.
91.8 kg Lost so far: 9.2 kg.    Still to go: 16.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
