We'll take it. another crazy day yesterday, but I did make time to walk before coming back to the desk. had the edamame noodles for dinner again. they are very good, but will not eat dinner before walking a long ways because we'll just say the potential to embarrass myself was high. made it home, but there were moments. noted.

5am weight for a super early start to the day. and away we go. press on, press on.
