A good drop on the scale today, last week's eating paid off! Today I started a 5 day challenge (search Biceps after Babies if you're interested in joining this week). My biggest takeaway today is that mindset is key. If you make a goal but are afraid you might not make it, then you probably won't. And the opposite is also true. So my new mantra is "I am a committed action taker, and my success is inevitable." Posting this before pic is one of my committed actions I'm taking. I am confident that my success will come, that I will get to my after picture. There will be ups and downs and bumps in the road. It may take months or years, but it is inevitable. I'm getting better at loving my body regardless of shape or size, but it's still a work in progress. Last week I put on a dress and the sleeves were tight, I didn't have full range of motion. So my new focus is to tone my arms so clothes fit better. I am recommitting to lifting weights 3 times a week!
