Still feeling really good. I have been jogging 1 lap around the local park once per week since 1st Feb. My first lap was 3m.45secs. I was totally exhausted when I finished and felt like I wanted to die. On Saturday 19th March I completed a lap in 3m.5secs. I recovered quite quickly and have been feeling good about my progress. On the 1st Jan this year I was struggling to walk 1 lap around the park as I had pain in my joints, my muscles were sore for no reason and I could hardly put my socks on without struggling. What a turn around. What did I do you may ask. All I have done is reduce the amount of carbs I was eating. Stopped eating rice, porridge, fruit, potatoes, bread, yoghurt etc. NOTE: My girlfriend has also started limiting her carb intake. She has lost 6kgs in 6 weeks. No exercise and tells me she feels better than she has in years.
I thought someone may find this interesting.
90.2 kg Lost so far: 10.8 kg.    Still to go: 15.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

great achievement. yes very interesting. I too believe its the reduced carbs and sugars that joint inflammation and stiffness has completely gone. I don't feel or sound like an old person trying to get up out if a chair lol
