However, I am pre diabetic due to a cortisol disorder plus being overweight. MASSIVE wake up call.
I have lost six kgs in 2 1/2 weeks, but now I am on a much stricter eating regime further reducing complex sugars etc. Nuts, seeds, berries, vegies and lean meat and fish, basically. No worries! Got this in the bag. Sick of feeling sick. 👊
105.7 kg Lost so far: 3.3 kg.    Still to go: 15.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

great work ..how many calories do U eat a day,and what does that look like .what do you eat in a normal day?

Hi 22tash, Atm, I am sitting on about 1300 - 1500, which I am ok with. Dr told me 3 meals only, low sugar/carb (no sugar spike) meals today only. I only do 3 meals anyway, so, all good there. It's not food thst is my problem, it's the sugar in my coffee, (gone), and the wine at night, (also gone), plus inactivity after a major surgery 8 months ago. All manageable, and on the right track. Inactivity is my killer. I start rehab soon as I cannot manage this on my own. (Rehabilitation to rebuild my strength after surgery.) I used to be so strong and a runner, now I need a nap after going to the toilet!

I started over 100 kgs and pre diabetic was diagnosed a couple of years ago.in which I have myself a kick in the butt and now watch myself closely.. Everyday's a new day and that's how I try and control my eatting..I love food always have but now I'm a bit more knowing of things I use to eat which I thought we good but now realise they actually arnt . All the best in your journey...

yeah how much do you weigh? you stated that your over weight. and your eating only 1300-1500 calories a day? that’s so low

I know it's low, but I am having a HUGE amount of food, just low cal. Vegies, so many Vegies. Just plain. Dr is fine with it. See, I have a serious heart condition and disautonomia aswell so I have to be really careful. Might up the nuts a bit. I'm not hungry, though. Amazingly.
