I’m currently 65kilograms happy with this weight.
Have been sticking to my macros and staying within a maitence stage. From here I actually just want just that maitence. I’ve definitely grow thighs and bottom and I’m really happy with my shape throughout arms , triceps are popping which had definitely been sleeping the last 12 months.
My aim is to continue training four days a week and cardio every day. Just a walk.
65 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
