Maintaining a calorie deficit can be hard so allow yourself to veer slightly provided you maintain the right path over time. This raises the question of frequency of weigh-ins. To me this is a personal choice and many web sites suggest weekly. My personal preference is daily because I can easily gain 1.5-1.8 kgs in a day and correcting a weeks worth of that would be too hard and getting a 4kg surprise at the end of the month must be demoralising.
Weighing in more frequently will reinforce your loss or alert you that a correction is needed.
