Not going to be walking great distances for a little bit as the big guy has been ordered to rest for a possible muscle strain in his neck. too hot anyways. I'm not going out by myself without him. he is my protector and I am his. so swimming it is! or treadmill, but I prefer the pool.

below is an excellent example of how weight can stay the same but everything else changes. I ate super late last night, almost 9:30, so we're not going to worry about anything there.

864 strokes which is great because I felt like I was fighting the water a lot. 10.4METs, average heart rate 145, but 6 minutes in peak. I know exactly when that was. it was a fight to stay steady.

heat doesn't seem as intense this morning. hoping that holds. I'm good with 80s, but upper 90's is a bit much.

another vet appt this afternoon, need good thoughts, please. he's my baby. well, one of them.
