Happy Easter!

Pizza weight is gone, sadly muscle mass is also down even though I did a solid swim yesterday. 849 strokes, 10.1METs, average heart rate 151, I stopped once to fix goggles. Happens. all in all a good day. going to take the pups for a short walk.

Words aren't coming to me today so ending it here and taking pups for a short walk. Enjoy the day!
