Was sick yesterday, to bed early afternoon and stayed there. Great weight result but lousy way to do it. Breaking soup diet this morning with egg flip because I need the protein.
82.4 kg Lost so far: 0.4 kg.    Still to go: 8.4 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
