Haha! Dang it. I thought I would break the hundred today, but I am EXACTLY 100. No worries. Gunned my walk today, drank extra water...maybe tomorrow. 🤪
100 kg Lost so far: 9 kg.    Still to go: 10 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I’d love to be 100kg with only 20kg to go … well done!

I was 169kg a few years back, changed to healthy eating and went down to 107kgs. Got diagnosed with heart failure and atrial fibrillation and diabetes and went back up to 134. Now 125 plus temporary fluid buildup and determined to get below the 100 😁

We'll all get there! I have dysautonomia, and currently in a flare. Struggling a bit these last 2 days. I am sorry about your heart. Keep going, ladies.

I pigged out over Christmas, gained 2 kg took till February to lose it. Its OK to lose your focus now and again. Just focus on eating healthy ,one day at a time
