I know the weight won't always continue to drop so quickly and consistently, but it's encouraging to see immediate results. Just need to keep being consistent, even on the days I don't see measurable results.
96.4 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 27.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
