I’m pregnant ❤️😀
Currently 68kg and half way through the pregnancy.
A few minor set backs in the first trimester however feeling as though energy levels are somewhat returning.
Bub is healthy and strong that’s all that matters.
I’m enjoying the process.
Still training when I can and ensuring I’m not over eating
67 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Bub also takes extra nutrients, especially calcium. Bub don't ask, just take. Eat healthy for the both of you. 🙂
