Actually okay with this. Blob down, muscle up, swam and walked yesterday. 2.4 miles, decent swim, lots of bees kept getting in the pool (3) so I stopped and removed them. 790 strokes, 9.3 METs, average heart rate 136 with five minutes in peak.

Monday is already insane, so keeping it short.
