Took a bit of a break, lots going on, family in town. Ate lots of good food, didn't exercise as regularly, but I'm getting back into my healthy habits.
94.9 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 25.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
