😢 even done a 7000 step walk yesterday 😢
60.1 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I have noticed that I drop a little bit if I do 15,000 steps a day. If I'm nearer to 10,000 no loss the next day.

And then the loss is little. Keep going. The weight loss will come if you keep at it.

Is it the food or liquids contributing the hinderance? I found I had to cut all sweets, biscuits, junkfoods, health foods (majority are not healthy), softdrinks, chewing gum, fruits containing high sugars, pasta and breads. Maybe its one of those which need to be eliminated from your diet? keep up with your walking/steps. 🥰
