Crikes! I haven't seen my weight starting with "5" for a long long time. I never intended that as my goal.
59.9 kg Lost so far: 15.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

can I ask what calories/macros you were eating in deficit?

Right now I have protein between 170-190g carbs between 250-180g and fats stay between 45-50g Calories average to about 2000 Deficit between 500-900 calories

Katie, the 2 biggest changes I made was to reduce my carbs & eating mindfully (which includes tracking food). I have hit menopause, so I try to be realistic. But I have to say I have been overweight most of my life (especially as a child) & my weight issues did not begin with menopause. I enjoy sweet treats occasionally, but all in moderation.
