I have had a good week - no sugar, no
Alcohol and limiting carbs and am well within my 800 a day target. Feel a little disappointed that the loss is not more given I am at the start of the journey, but a loss is a loss so I am happy with the direction
95.5 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 30.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
