Well I don’t know how 🤷‍♀️ that happened… didn’t exactly behave myself saying goodbye to a mate 😢 and I actually thought us women weighed heavier during our period or is that the week before?
77.1 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
