genau an der Grenze der Kalorienvorgabe gewesen (Wochentagesdurchschnitt), u. trorzdem nichtscabgenommen, sondern 100 Gr. zugenommen.
87.2 kg Lost so far: 14.8 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

oh sorry for writing not in english. i forgot. here in english: Despite staying exactly on the weekly average at the calorie target, I gained 100 grams instead of losing weight.
