Seeing the doctor today for pre op checks and so I wanted to weigh myself before getting on her scales. Surprised to see I have dropped 0.6kg since Tuesday weigh in - perhaps I was retaining fluid after the flight.
93.9 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 28.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
