Happy Friday, trying to get back into the groove. Seems that ~2.5 miles is going to be the limit for our pack walks. Sadie can do that, but no more without being super fatigued. That's fine, that's 2.5 more than none for all of us.

Have to keep it short, deadline this morning. Blob down, muscle holding, could do better on water. Will try and swim today.
