Now for the big test ... off to a 14 day farm sit. I need to remain focussed but will also have the opportunity to walk a lot while there exercising the working dogs.
99.6 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 29.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

That sounds like fun ... I used to get two weeks every year at my sister's farm until they retired... good for the soul (and if it's too isolated for uber eats, then also good for the waistline 😉)

Thank goodness they are 20km from the nearest civilisation so no Uber Eats ... although never tried home delivery before.
