100gms of weight loss omg that’s not much. A lot of people would be disappointed in that amount. Not me. It's a step in the right direction. If I happen to gain weight at my next weigh in so what. My body will do what it wants. It needs time to adjust to these changes. I just need to stick to my plan regardless of the scales. Am I beginning to hit a plateau? Who cares. My thoughts on a plateau are remaining the same weight for 3 months or more. Keep it simple and consistent that’s the plan.
