eating under 1200 Cals isn't healthy and would definitely cause dizziness. I'd say you need to gain weight rather than lose weight based on your current weight and height. I'm 165 cm and my healthy weight range is 56 to 64 kg.

You are already at the bottom end of your healthy weight range, please look after yourself. Anything under 1200c is unsustainable, and will most likely put you into starvation mode.

Actually, you're underweight already. Now's the time to be eating well, and building your bone density. A big part of this is maintaining a healthy weight and eating well. Bone density starts deteriorating in your late 20's. I wish someone told me this when I was your age!

feeling fatigued and dizzy is a sign of low blood sugar. according to your stats, you seem to be more than a little underweight. i don’t recommend losing anymore weight - quite the opposite in fact. additionally, the symptoms you are experiencing are common among people suffering from anorexia - i am not diagnosing you, but if you continue to lose more weight you should expect to experience these symptoms more and more often.

I find that the calculator on this app is not always right. Your body needs more than 900 calories just to breath, etc. I know people who go on a 2 week spiritual detox fast, but they're not underweight before they start. We don't have the full picture of what you're trying to achieve, but given the stats you gave, your BMI is lower than a catwalk model! Going for an athletic body is much healthier, and for that you need to eat more.🙂

Your height and weight is on point. so shouldn't be looking to eat even lesser. Perhaps you need to look into lifting to give you the line cut looks you wanted. Under eating is starving and you will have the weight bounce back quickly. To really maintain it, intermittent fasting is better and eating more than 900 calories. But again, this is for people who need the real weight loss for health reason to take on. Please be mindful and take care of yourself.

As someone who suffered from anorexia when I was 18-19 (I'm 20 now and in recovery), from the bottom of my heart, I urge you to talk to your doctor or someone you trust. The long term health impacts from being underweight seriously aren't worth it. My brain fog and fatigue still haven't completely subsided, even though I'm weight restored! The earlier you catch it, the less likely you are to be left with serious issues. Your worth is not dependent on your weight 💗

Normal weight (per Weight Watchers) should be 55-69kg for your height. Please seek professional advice asap.

You are already too light. Ask your friends how you look.
