Here is a really good Youtube video and website on protein intake to help with weight loss. I have used it as a guide and as of today I am 500gms away from reaching my stage 1 goal weight of 80kgs. My starting weight was 101kgs. That will be 21kgs of weight loss in 9 months. Losing weight, no body pain, feeling great and saving money. With the money I have saved on food, I am going to buy myself a small home gym. Stage 2 will be rebuilding what was a broken body 9 months ago. Good luck with your journey everyone.
