Whee!! And away it goes! oh, had a non-scale victory on Wednesday when I went to my GP for pain meds. My last blood test still showed slightly high cholesterol readings but much improved from the last test they did. GP was very happy and asked what I was doing to reduce the reading. when I told him he was even more happy and told me to keep it up because it's working 😊
