Okay, last weigh in before os holiday! Wonder what damage I can do to myself while travelling? I figure if I only eat when hungry and only until satisfied then I am half way to being under control.
97.7 kg Lost so far: 7.8 kg.    Still to go: 27.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
