Weighed before lunch, after a shower and I’d had things to drink but only a handful of cheeze it’s (meds make me sick if I don’t eat a little bit of carbs with it and I had a few left from my logged snack yesterday). Tried beef jerky the other day and about lost it in the store an hour after taking meds so… have to find a good balance of what I can eat to settle the stomach but not be high calorie. So far toast and crackers are all that work. I’ve taken them with lunch and I’m fine with a big meal of anything except salad or just veggies. But I eat a later lunch and need to take my meds in the morning 🤦‍♀️. (I take one of them again at night and another keeps me up all night so I have to take it before 1pm or I won’t sleep before 3am).
55.8 kg Lost so far: 17.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hope you get better! Toast and crackers are a very good option. You can also have a banana, and maybe even very bland white rice.

Rice isn’t for me and the kids eat all the bananas 😝. I like cheese it’s and other crackers because it’s fast and easy. Toast when I have more time or want something more filling. It’s not that bad most days. They added in an anxiety med and an antibiotic so those things make it worse. Sometimes I take a motion sickness pill and that helps too.
