Your body is trying to find a safe place to sit. You were taking it towards a danger zone. 💗 trust your body.

Don't get upset about the number on the scales. How healthy do you eat? How healthy do you feel? Do you still get lightheaded? How are your energy levels? These questions are more important. 1kg can be water. depending on the time of the month your weight will fluctuate. Mine can fluctuate as much as 2 kg! Also, you are still very young. Given your height and weight, can I ask if you were a very tall, lanky teen? Maybe your body is still changing a bit. Like chicken777 says, trust your body.🌻
