Starting to remember how hard this weight-loss stuff is. Went to my first gym class Arena HIIT, after about 2 years and I completly fell apart from beginning to end. I guess at least I have started.

Don't be too hard on yourself. There is no "at least".
You got out there and did something quite difficult. The hint is in the name of the workout. It's High Intensity. People with great fitness levels find HIIT challenging. For your first time in 2 years, the fact that you showed up and gave it a go, is an achievement worth celebrating. None of this "at least" BS. Be kind to youself 💚
