All I've done is cut out highly processed carbs, and the body is happy. I'm still eating a small amount of pasta and cake though, and divide my favorite Thai soup into 3 portions to eat over 3 days, they are non-negotiable 😋
53.2 kg Lost so far: 13.3 kg.    Still to go: 0.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It's hard work, I lost most of my weight last year but it's a bigger battle to not put it back on! Decades of bad habits, I'll get there.
